Traditional Chinese food should be very healthy. Most of the dishes that I grew up with use either boiling, stir frying, steaming, and occasionally deep frying techniques. Some people may be intimidated by cooking Chinese food because of the unfamiliar ingredients- however, Chinese food is the easiest dish to cook and most dishes are achievable within 15 minutes. I picked some of my favourite dishes that you normally can order in a restaurant, they are delicious and easy to make.

Basically you can have a restaurant at home but without the Monosodium glutamate (MSG) or over oily and greasy extra calories. You can impress your guests, show off your skill and have a healthy dinner party at your home.
